Our Terms & Conditions of Booking
|
- Booking forms should be accompanied by a £250.00 non-returnable deposit, and be posted within seven days of provisional booking being made.
- All accounts should be paid in full 4 weeks before the commencement of the course.
- Cancellation within 8 weeks of the commencement of the course will result in a 50% charge of the total value of the course.
- Cancellation within 4 weeks of the commencement of the course will result in a 100% charge of the total value of the course.
- A decrease of confirmed numbers within 8 weeks of the commencement of the course will result in a 50% charge of the total value of the cancelled places.
- A decrease of confirmed numbers within 4 weeks of the commencement of the course will result in a 100% charge of the total value of the cancelled places.
- Any wilful damage to the premises, grounds or equipment is the responsibility of the offender and will be charged for.
- We have a minimum of rules at Weardale House, but we cannot accept behaviour which might compromise safety. On very rare occasions students who cannot follow the centre's simple rules on safety or consideration for others are asked to leave the centre.
- Groups are asked to observe the country code and to make every effort to keep good relations with the community.
- YMCA residentials will do everything in its power to maintain the prices quoted but cannot be held responsible for increases beyond our control.
- YMCA residentials conducts its affairs in an open and fair manner. If you are uncertain about any part of our offering, please do not hesitate to ask.
